Phyllis graduated with a post-masters certificate from Duke University in 2005.
Since that time, she has worked in hematology/oncology, primary care, and hospice, and has certifications in adult primary care, oncology, and formerly as an advanced practice nurse in genetics. Her focus in genetics includes hereditary cancer syndromes
and pharmacogenomics.
Beth is a licensed professional counselor and provides services to our patients via telehealth. She began counseling and achieved her Master of Arts from Regent University in 2012.

Our Advanced Practice Nurses can serve as your primary care provider for health promotion, disease prevention and chronic care management.

We do not currently provide services for children

Genetic testing

We provide consultation, testing and counseling for pharmacogenomics, herditary cancer syndromes and cardiovascular risk assessment.
Medical Cannabis
Medical Cannabis
We provide CBD certificates for patients with certain conditions known to respond to CBD. Some of those conditions are: anxiety, chronic pain, opioid use disorder, cancer, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), epilepsy, neuropathy (nerve pain), multiple sclerosis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and Crohn's disease. The certificate must be presented along with valid ID to the state dispenaries prior purchasing products.
We offer telehealth counseling services with a licensed professional counselor on a limited basis. We make referrals to local behavioral providers if more intense treatment or therapy is needed.
